I appreciated that it is strictly for two players, making it ideal for focused one-on-one time with my child. The cave levels and different gem types add just enough depth that I could see us replaying it often without it feeling repetitive. I definitely recommend it!

As an educator, I liked the requirement to line up three different “tools” to claim each gemstone creates a nice, visual way to practice logic and spatial reasoning with students. It feels competitive but not mean, which makes it great for teaching turn-taking and sportsmanship in a small-group setting.

I loved how this game quietly snuck in strategic thinking and planning while still feeling like a quick, fun gem-hunting duel. The components are inviting and the 20–30 minute length is perfect for keeping older kids engaged without losing their attention.
