Catalina and the Duke of Lombard is the story of Catalina, a pampered cat living a luxurious lifestyle in London England until she was snatched away by the window washer, taken to Baltimore, Maryland and sold into another opulent family. However, the Duke's life was far from opulent, living outside of an old rundown house on Lombard street, with no food and no care, waiting 'year by year' for his beloved owner to return, but since the local cats didn't know Duke had an owner, they called him, 'No Name'.

The book is adorable, the story is cute as well. I really love the way the book feels and looks, it would keep the kids attention for sure.

I love the illustrations, the book felt nice and sturdy and the words used were great learning techniques for kids to read. I loved it!

The story was cute and creative, it seemed to be geared toward an older reading age child which is nice.
